Editions are made-to-order pieces that come in all sizes. Due to the hand-made nature of this work, Editions will look similar, but not identical to the images on the site. Example shown below. Please allow for a 3 week lead time.

These pieces ship twice a month, on/around the 1st and 15th. Note lead time.
All Other Orders
All other orders ship within 3-5 days of purchase.
Times & Prices
Shipping times and prices are calculated at check-out. You will receive tracking info once the item has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is correct before placing your order.
Orders Outside of the Germany
Please note that we do not have control over any potential customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fee or delays. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping, and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Exchange or store credit only — no refunds. Contact
shop@arielcassandra.com within 7 days of receiving your product if you wish to exchange an item. Please make sure to read sizing information carefully, and feel free to reach out with questions to avoid confusion. Editions cannot be exchanged. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Note: Much of the process is hand-made, any smudges or color variations are part of the charm.
